摘要
提出一种新型的交流接触器接通与分断试验装置,采用数据采集卡与计算机组成的数据采集与控制系统,对交流接触器接通与分断过程进行控制,对动态信号进行采集与处理,具有高精度、高可靠性等特点,分析了其电路的硬件组成、工作原理和软件设计。试验结果证明该方案是可行的。
A new type test system of making ＆ breaking for AC contactor was raised to adopt data sampling card and computer to configurate data sampling and control system to carry out control for AC contactor making ＆ breaking processes, to carry out dynamic signals sampling and processing, with high accuracy and high reliability etc, having analysed hardware composition of its circuit working principle and software design, The test results show that the plan is feasible.
