摘要
由旋转编码器发出的脉冲信号构成位置反馈,可编程控制器PLC高速计数器单元通过增量式光电编码器实现多工位分度盘传动,实现分度盘机构的精确位移控制。PLC编程设计实现分度盘周向分度、旋转、定位停止信号的数字控制,取代机械凸轮分度位置检测装置,提高了系统的可靠性和定位精度。
The pulse signals sent by rotational encoder to form position feedback, programmable logic controller high-speed counter unit via increment type photoelectric encoder to achieve multi-working position dividing disk transmission, thus realize dividing disk mechanism's accurate displacement control. And PLC program design achieves digital control for dividing disk circumferential dividing rotation, positioning stop signal, to replace mechanical cam dividing position test device, having raised system's reliability and positioning accuracy.
