急性特发性角膜内皮炎7例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 7 cases of acute idiopathic corneal endotheliitis

目的加深对特发性角膜内皮炎的认识,提高诊治水平,减少误诊误治。方法通过7例急性特发性角膜内皮炎患者临床资料的回顾分析,详细记录其发病经过和发病特征。结果急性特发性角膜内皮炎的临床主要特征为角膜基质水肿和水肿区相应的角膜内皮有大小不等灰白色角膜后沉着物。结论详细询问病史,仔细检查,记取特发性角膜内皮炎的主要特征,可减少误诊误治。

Objective To deepen the understanding of acute idiopathic corneal endotheliitis, raise the level of diagnose and therapy,and reduce misdiagnosis and mistherapy. Methods Seven cases of acute idiopathic corneal endotheliitis were analyzed retrospectively. The processes and the features of the disease were recorded in detail. Results Corneal stromal edema and greysih - white keratic precipitates in different size under the areas of edema were the main clinical features of acute idiopathic corneal endotheliitis. Conclusion Detailed inquiring the history of disease, careful examining patients and grasping the features of acute idiopathic corneal endotheliitis will benefit to reduce misdiagnosis and mistherapy.
