摘要
运用离散系统动力学模型建立了钻机滚筒钢丝绳提升系统的力学模型。通过实际工况对力学模型进行了合理简化,忽略钢丝绳与滑轮接触处钢丝绳的变形,将钢丝绳分成14段的离散系统;通过力学计算,将游绳、死绳的动力特性方程与大钩的动力特性联系起来,找出了滚筒端扭矩输入特性与大钩动力特性的关系,为钻机提升系统的动力分析提供了理论基础。
In view of petroleum rig drum steel wire promotion system, mechanics model of the drum steel wire promotion system with the separate system dynamics model has been established,and the simplification through the actual operating mode to mechanics model has been carried on, neglecting the steel distortion that the wire and the pulley contact point, and'the steel wire divided into 14 sections of separate systems; and through the strict mechanics computation, performance relations between the drum end torque input characteristic been found, by consideration of provided the theoretical analysis rotary line and fixed steel wire and the big hook dynamic has relation. So the foundation has for drilling machine promotion system.
