摘要
根据卧式气动下灰车的特点,建立了罐体有限元模型,计算得出罐体结构的位移场和应力场,找出了结构的薄弱环节,提出了改进建议,并进行了动态特性分析计算,计算出罐体前10阶的固有频率和模态振型,此分析为该产品设计提供了理论依据。
According to horizontal aerodynamic cement storage characteristics, tank body finite element model was established, the displacement field and stress field of the tank body structure are obtained, and the weak links in the structure arc identified. The suggestion for improvement is put forward in this paper, doing dynamic analysis and calculates the first 10 of the natural frequency and vibration mode. This analysis for product design provides a theoretical basis.
