摘要
在油田修井作业中,井口自封装置在安全生产、环境保护等方面发挥了重要作用。针对原25-35型自封封井器存在装卸程序繁琐、操作不方便、费时费力、通用性和适应性较差等缺点,研制了一种新型井口自封装置———活门自封装置,具有装卸方便快捷、操作灵活、通用性好、适用性强、安全效能高的特点。介绍了该装置的结构组成、操作原理、主要特点和技术创新点。通过现场应用证明,具有较好的推广应用前景,已申报国家专利。
During the operation of well repairing, well auto isolator is important in safe production and environment protection. Aiming at the problems of numerous operation, hard to operate,time and labor lost, general matching and suitability, a new type of well head auto isolator was developed, that is flap auto isolator. It features easy and fast assembling, easy operation and matching, suitability. This paper presents its structure, operation principle, and main mechanics. Field practice use has showed its wide application in oil field, and it was patented.
