摘要 知识已经成为组织发展和企业成长最为关键的要素。组织知识不同于数据和信息,是各种显性条件和隐性元素的综合体;显性知识和隐性知识、个体知识和集体知识是组织知识分类的常用形式;组织知识特性可以集中概括为内隐性、复杂性和系统性三个方面。梳理这三个基本问题是开展知识管理研究的基础。
