B2C电子商务中的信任系统分析 被引量:10

摘要 信任是在线交易和电子商务成功的关键因素。Business-to-Customer(B2C)电子商务是电子商务主流业务之一。从多视角分析了B2C电子商务中的信任问题。首先分析了在电子商务环境下信任缺乏的原因和B2C电子商务中信任的特点。然后从用户、服务商、Internet技术和社会人文环境等多方位视角讨论了B2C电子商务中的信任系统。最后得出有关在B2C电子商务中建立信任关系的途径,以此为B2C电子商务的发展提出几点建议。
