The action of doctor must be subject to ethics, we should strengthen the sincere education, improve the system of law. Being honest and trustworthy is the core of credibility, which is of both ethical and economic significance, credibility constitutes the inherent mechanism for the effective operation of the market economic system. Integrity is ethic base of contractual remissibility right of patient and which is the basic behavior of ethics standing for equity and justice, the necessary request for regulating economic benefit between doctor and patient, the embodiment of medical humanism regressing. As to the morality construction, more attentions should be paid to the crisis of sincerity of medical staff. The trait of sincerity is considered to be the soul of morality construction and the guide line of medicine staff. The action of doctor must be subject to ethics, we should strengthen the sincere education, improve the system of law.
