加速江西省工业与国际市场接轨的总体思路是：以长江经济带为依托，以京九铁路开通为契机，实现引进外资和跨国投资并重，推动江西外向型经济向“深层次，宽领域、纵深化”方向发展。在具体实施时，首先要转变江西省工业经济发展模式，注重提高经济增长质量；在实施战略上，大致按三个层次推进。

The authors pmpose that the overall thoughts for accelerating the speed of the indusvy integration of Jiangxi Province into intemational markets are the following ,to push the export-oriented economy of Jiangxi in the direction of being in width and depth, depending on the zone of Changjiang River.the opening of Beijing-Kowloon railway ,and laying equal stress on foreign capital importation as well as multinational invesetment.In the course of implementation of the plans ,the industrial economic development pattern of Jiangxi Province should he in the first place shifted,and much importance should be attained to- the improvement of the economic growth quality.
