工程造价控制是工程建设管理的一项重要内容。分析了投资决策阶段、工程设计阶段、工程实施阶段、竣工验收阶段造价控制的特点,针对实际当中存在的问题,阐明控制造价的关键在设计阶段,并在此基础上对设计阶段造价控制的条件,控制方法进行了阐述。

The constructive cost control is an important content of the engineering management. This paper analyses the characteristics of the cost control during the investing decision phase, design phase, implementation phase, completion and checking phase, states that the key of the constructive cost control is in the design phase pointing against the existed problem. Then it introduces conditions and controlling methods of the constructive cost control.
