摘要
采用反应注射成型工艺,使双环戊二烯单体在蒙脱土层间通过原位聚合反应形成剥离型纳米复合材料,该材料具有优良的耐介质性能和热性能。实验结果表明,聚双环戊二烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料玻璃化转变温度较高,并且具有很强的耐介质性能。
By means of Reaction Injecting Molding, dicyclopentadiene monomer was polymerized in situ in layers of montmorillonite to form an exfoliated polydicyclopentadiene / montmorillonite nanocomposite which displayed perfect medium endurance and thermo endurance. Testing results revealed that glass transition temperature of polydicyclopentadiene/montmorillonite nanocomposite was high and medium endurance good.
