新型荧光探针量子点在生命科学和药学中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的综述了新型荧光探针量子点在生命科学和药学中的应用。方法查阅近几年有关量子点作为荧光染料的文献。结果概述了量子点的光学特点,总结了量子点可能存在的细胞毒性问题及其在细胞标记、活体和组织成像、组合标记等生物学中的应用。结论随着技术的发展,量子点的应用将更加广泛。
