摘要
目的 建立简便、快速的HPLC—ELSD测定复方制剂中肌醇含量。方法 采用Kromasil NH2色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(60:40),流速0.8mL·min^-1,柱温室温。结果 肌醇在0.157~2.51g·L^-1。内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),最低检测限为39.3mg·L^-1,平均回收率99%,RSD为1.1%。在该奈件下,样品中辅料及其他成分不干扰肌醇测定。结论 本方法简便、快速、灵敏,为肌醇的质量控制提供了一种新的可靠分析手段。
OBJECTIVE To establish a simple and rapid HPLC-ELSD method for the analysis of insoitol of compound preparation. METHODS The separations were performed on a Kromasil NH2 column, with the mobil phase of methanol-water (60: 40), at a flow rate of 0. 8 mL . min^ - 1. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 157 - 2. 51 g .L^- 1 ( r = 0. 999 6), the LOD was 39. 3 mg . L ^-1 ,the average recovery of inositol for injection was 99% with RSD of 1.1%. The active ingredient inositol was successfully separated from the other substances. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate and it provides a new reliable means for the quality control of inositol.
