摘要 进入新世纪后,我国的再制造工程发展迅速,以国务院文件、国家法规等形式对再制造的地位予以肯定。再制造是废旧产品高技术修复、改造的产业,是维修工程和表面工程的高级阶段。表面工程的基本特征是综合、交叉、复合、优化,研究对象是材料的"表面"。纳米表面工程是纳米材料与传统表面工程技术的集成创新。为了适应再制造批量化生产特点的要求,开发了以自动化纳米电刷镀表面技术、智能化自修复表面技术为代表的5类自动化和智能化表面工程新技术,适应了表面工程的发展方向和再制造工程的实践需要。 China's remanufacturing industry has been developing rapidly since the beginning of the 21th century. Its position has been affirmed by relevant documents of the State Council and national laws and regulations. Remanufacturing is an industry for repairing and renovating crap and old products,and a high stage for repair and maintenance engineering and surface engineering. The basic characters of surface engineering are synthesis,intercross, compounding, and optimization and its research surface is the surface of materials. Nano surface engineering technology is integration and innovation of nanometer materials and traditional surface engineering technology. In order to adapt the requirements of mass remanufacturing, five kinds of automatic and intelligent surface engineering technologies, namely automatic nano particle composite brush plating technology,intelligent self-repairing technology, etc, have been developed to meet the demand of surface engineering development and applications of remanufacturing engineering.
