摘要 针对令牌总线控制系统中节点间数据的传输效率随节点数量增加而降低的情况,采用FPGA技术结合工业以太网提出了一种满足强实时要求的总线型控制系统。通过将整个系统划分为若干个令牌总线型子网络,再将子网络通过工业以太网互联的方法提高了整个系统的实时性。试验结果表明节点间数据通信良好、实时性强,达到了预期效果。 Aiming at the situation that the efficiency of data transmission between nodes in token bus control system decreases when the numbers of the nodes in the system increase, by combining the technologies of FPGA and industrial Ethernet, a bus-type control system which strongly meets real-time requirement is proposed. Through dividing the whole system into several token bus sub-networks, and linking the sub-networks by industrial Ethernet, the real-time performance of the whole system is enhanced. The test result shows that the data communication among nodes is well with real-time performance and reaches predictive effects.
