摘要
针对传统光电转速传感器测试仪的局限性,结合工业以太网的优势、电子通信技术的发展趋势以及Internet广泛的应用前景,通过引入网络化测试技术,来提升光电转速传感器性能测控和管理效率。性能测试表明,网络测控系统提高了数据传输速度,便于信息网络集成,可以实现资源共享,从而实现多任务和多系统的测控要求。
Aiming at the limitation of traditional testing instruments for photoelectric rotating speed sensors, and combining the superiority of industrial Ethemet, developing trend of electronic communication technology, and wide applicable prospects of Intemet, through introducing the technology of network measurement and control, the efficiency of measurement and control of performance as well as management for photoelectric rotating speed sensors are enhanced. The performance test indicates that the network measurement and control system offers high data transmission speed and is easier to integrate information network to realize resource sharing, thus to meet requirements of measurement and control for real-time multi-tasks and multi-systems.
