核桃内生菌研究Ⅰ 核桃内生菌的分离及代谢产物活性研究 被引量:28

摘要 从核桃(Juglans regiaL.)的根、茎、叶、果中分离得到27株内生真菌,对27株核桃内生真菌进行化感作用和抑菌活性研究的结果表明,27株核桃内生真菌对5种供试菌都有抑制作用的有21株;对小麦幼芽及幼根的抑制率均在50%及以上的有9株,且除S20Y、S57X外,其余25株对小麦幼根的抑制作用都大于对幼芽的抑制作用。核桃内生真菌具有与宿主基本相同的生物活性,可以作为寻找安全、高效的生物源活性物质的筛选资源。 In this report 27 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from Juglans regia L. The research result of antifungal and allelopathy activities showed that 21 strains presented antifungi activities to all 5 tested fungi; 9 strains had strong inhibition on the growth of wheat's young roots and buds , the inhibiting rates on the plant tested are higher than 50 %. The 27 strains of endophytic fungi except S20Y and S57Y presented larger inhibition on the growth of roots than on that of buds. The endophytic fungi had the same activities with the Juglans regia. L. The endophytic fungi can be a good resource to screen safe and high effect active substance.
