摘要
应用ISSR标记,对国内外17个蓖麻材料的亲缘关系进行了分析,从60条引物中筛选出11条能扩增出清晰条带并具有多态性的引物,且这些引物共计扩增出90条DNA条带,平均每个引物扩增的DNA条带数为8.18条,其中,多态性DNA条带57条,占63.33%。根据ISSR扩增结果,利用NTSYS-ps软件进行聚类分析,结果表明:17份蓖麻材料的遗传相似系数在0.52~0.97间,且明显分为2个大类群。以相似系数0.79为准线,又可将第二大类群分为2个亚类群与2份单一材料。9份国内材料与2份法国材料同属一个亚类群,遗传相似性相对较高。
The genetic diversities of seventeen castor-oil plant materials were analyzed by ISSR marker. 90 bands were amplified with 11 polymorphic primers screened from 60 random primers, and the average number of DNA bands was 8.18 per prime, they contained 57 polymorphic ones and their polymorphism percentage was 63.33%. The dendrogram constructed by UPGMA showed that the 17 individuals were classified into two groups, the genetic similarity among them ranged from 0. 52 to 0.97. At the level of 0.79, Nine Chinese materials and the second group could be two Gallo materials were C C assified into two classes and two types again. ustered into the same class, and the genetic similarity was comparatively higher.
