摘要 对光皮木瓜中有机酸成分分别进行GC-MS与HPLC分析。GC-MS结果表明:光皮木瓜中有机酸种类丰富、含量高,共有22种有机酸,占相对总含量的94.63%。光皮木瓜中有机酸主要是脂肪酸、二元酸、三元酸和少量芳香酸,其中棕榈酸和(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸(亚油酸)相对含量之和达到39.87%。二元酸苹果酸相对含量为14.20%,HPLC检测光皮木瓜中苹果酸含量最高,达29.72 g/L,占所测有机酸总量的81.2%。GC-MS分析出光皮木瓜浸提物甲酯化衍生物33种,比文献[5,6]报道皱皮木瓜含有的物质多,这些丰富的物质共同构成了光皮木瓜的风味与药理功效。 This paper is to analyze the organic acids components in Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin) Koehne by GC-MS and HPLC respectively. Experiment results with GC-MS showed that the organic acids in Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin) Koehne are various and have high content. There are 22 species totally in Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin) Koehne. Among the whole content the organic acids are account for 94.63%. The organic acids are mainly fatty acid,diprotic acid,ternary acid and little aromatic acid in Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin) Koehne, among them the relative content of palmitic acid and 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z,Z)-( linoleic acid) reach to 39.87%. The relative content of diprotic acidmalic acid is 14.20%. Experiment results with HPLC showed that the malic acid in Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin) Koehne is the most of all the seven acids, and reaches to 29.72 g/L. Among all the organic acids the malic acid accounts for 81.2%. By way of the analysis of constituents and contents of esterfing derivatives and educts in Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin) Koehne by GC-MS, there are 33 species. There are more matters than the matters of Chaenomeles lagenaria(Loiscl)Koidz reported by the document [5,6]. These matters form the flavor and pharmacological efficacy in Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin) Koehne.
