马铃薯蛋白质含量的地域性差异分析

Difference Analysis of Protein Content of Planted Potato in Different Region of Growth

对马铃薯参试品种在西北地区不同生态条件下的蛋白质含量变化进行测定和稳定性分析。结果表明,6个品种平均蛋白质含量为2.32%,陇薯3号最高(2.69%),青97-1-38最低(2.05%);7个地点平均蛋白质含量为2.32%,甘肃定西最高(2.68%),青海海南州最低(1.86%)。鄂95P3-3和青97-1-38这两个品种的回归系数<1,是稳定性较好的品种。

In this paper, the protein of potatoes at different ecological environments in the Northwest of China were studied. The mean of the 6 varieties＇ protein content was 2.32%. Longshu3 was the highest content variety and it was 2.69%. Qing97-1-38 was the lowest, it was 2.05%. The mean of the 7 test points＇ protein content was 2.32%. The highest content test point was Dingxi of Gansu province and it was 2.68%. The lowest content test point was Hainan of Qinghai province, it was 1.86%. The regressive coefficient of E95P3-3 and Qing97-1-38 was less than 1. They were the stable varieties.
