Design of a multi-function electrovacuum experimental setup

设计了一套多功能电真空实验装置。该装置结构简单,操作方便,实验过程和结果易于观察,用较少的投资就能完成十个以上的真空实验。这些实验不仅涵盖了与真空技术有关的基础实验,而且还包涵了真空应用方面的提高实验,为真空专业以及相近专业提供了一个良好的实验平台。

A multi-function electrovacuum experimental setup was designed for teaching demonstration, which is simple in structure, convenient in operation and easy to observe the experimental process and result. It can provide over ten vacuum tests at low cost and cover not only the fundamental tests but also some special ones for vacum applications/improvements in R＆D.
