摘要
用DNA-RNA斑点杂交技术分析40例急性白血病细胞中p53、c-myc基因的RNA水平表达。结果表明:85%的病例c-mycRNA表达水平显著升高,粒、淋白血病细胞间无显著差异。粒系白血病中59.4%p53基因的表达异常,c-myc过高表达可作为预测疗效的指标。
Expression of p53 c myc gene in acute leukemia cells and its clinical implications were studied using DNA RNA Dot. The results show that: c myc expression of 85% cases was high and p53 expression of 59.5% cases in myeloid leukemia was low or deficiency in 40 cases of acute leukemia cells. The cases with high c myc expression had poor response to chemotherapy. These suggested: abnormal expression of p53 and c myc was present in acute leukemia cells, high c myc expression may be a predictor of resistance to chemotherapy.
