A Preliminary Analysis of Sino-Japanese Defence Exchanges

中日防务交流在2007年有了大幅提升，但其总体发展水平滞后于中日政治、经济、文化、科技等领域的交流。今后，达成相互认识和战略定位，加强安全理念的沟通与协调，完善防务交流的机制化建设，开展非传统领域的务实合作，将是两国防务交流的重要课题。

Although Sino-Japanese defence exchanges has been promoted by a big margin,its general developing level lags behind the bilateral exchanges in the fields of politics,economy,culture,science and technology.In the future,it would be an important task of bilateral defence exchange to manage to recognize mutually and define strategic positions,improve the communication and coordination of security concepts,perfect the mechanismic construction of defence exchange,and develop pragmatic cooperation in nontraditional area.
