经尺动脉冠状动脉造影和经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的可行性探讨

To probe use of trans-ulner approach for coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention

目的探讨经尺动脉冠状动脉(冠脉)造影和经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的可行性。方法共入选14例经桡动脉穿刺失败患者,男9例,女5例。全部患者均符合冠脉造影适应征。尺动脉穿刺方法、导管选择和操作手法基本同经桡动脉法。结果14例尺动脉造影全部成功,其中3例成功行PCI,植入支架5枚,其中LAD2枚,LCX1枚,RCA2枚。术后均一次拔除动脉鞘管,无并发症。结论经尺动脉冠脉造影和PCI是可行的,值得临床推广应用。

Objective The purpose of this report is to describe use of trans-ulner approach to coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods Fourteen patients in whom there was failure to cannlute the radial artery,9 were male and 5 female,were selected into this study. All patients were tally with indication of coronary angiography. Trans-ulner approach for coronary angiography with transradial one is similar in the artery puncture approach, the catheter selection, and operation. Resuits Trans-ulner approach to coronary angiography of 14 patients were successful. Of these, 3 patients were performed PCI and put 5 stents （2 stents in LAD,1 in LCX,and 2 in RCA）. The catheter of all patients was pulled out after operation without complications. Conclusions Trans-ulner approach to coronary angiography and PCI were feasible and popularized in clinic.
