从现代化、国际化的视角，对上海商业服务业作了系统的回顾归结，论析了面临的竞争态势，提出了适应国际化大都市需要进一步融入国内经济发展，以及近期迎接奥运、世博的一系列全新追求。
From the aspects of modernization and internationalization, the author reviews and summarizes the commercial services of Shanghai. On basis of that, the author analyzes the competition trends, indicating that it is necessary for Shanghai to become an international metropolis to meet the need of the domestic economic development and the brand new pursuit on the occasion of the Olympic Games and the World Expo.
