摘要
选用无毒性的磷酸三丁酯作载体,耐酸碱性能较好的兰113B作表面活性剂,用乳状型液膜从废水中去除6价铬离子。除了研究合理的配方外,对影响过程的各个工艺参数进行了较全面的考察。并针对深度分离的特点,提出了传质的几何图像和物理模型,计入了膜破裂的影响,得到的结果在一定条件下与实验值吻合较好。
This investigation concentrates on the removal of chromium(VI) from wastewater by liquid membrane emulsion. A nonpoisonous carrier, tribulyl phosphate(TBP) and a surfactant, succimide derirative, which is a kind of polyamine and thus can resist the corrosion of acid and base are used in the new membrane system. The seperation effect is found to be higher than the results of previous researches. Apart from the composition of the membrane, several important factors are discussed as well. Considering characteristics of seperation process of dilute solutions, a very simple geometric diagram of membrane and a mass transfer model have been proposed. Since there exists breakage of membrane, a simple but valid method is used to take this effect into account. Experimental data on the batch extraction of chromium(VI) from wastewater are in good agreement with the model predictions under some conditions.
