英国高校学生资助制度改革探析

A Probe into the Reform on Financial Support Institution for Students in Higher Institutes in the UK

英国从2006年起废除了此前高校学生全部或部分免除学费的规定,为配合收费制度改革,政府制定了新的学生贷款和补助办法。与以往的贷款和补助政策相比,新政策扩大了贷款接受面,增添了新的补助项目。但这一政策在英国国内仍然引起了广泛的争议。

Since the UK abolished the regulation that student entirely or partly needn＇t pay for their tuition fees in 2006, for concerting with this reform, the government has put in place a new policy about the loan and financial support for students in universities and colleges. Comparing with old financial aid institution, the new policy enlarges the range of supported students and adds new student financial aid programs. But this policy still raised an extensive controversy in the UK.
