内部自我协调机制是美国高等教育的有机组成部分,它集中体现了美国高等教育系统的特点,同时也体现了系统所在的整个外部大环境的特点。它主要由形形色色的协会组织构成,其主要的运作包括约束规范以及沟通联系两个方面。对它的特点和运作环境的分析介绍,有助于我们更深刻地了解美国高等教育。
The internal coordinating mechanism is an organic part of American higher education system, which incarnates the characteristics of both American higher education system and also the whole external environment which the system belongs to. It is composed of all kinds of private voluntary associations. Its main operations include regulating and connecting. The analysis and introduction to its feature and operational environment are helpful for us to understand American higher education deeply.
