美国大学生联邦工读项目经过40多年的发展已相对成熟,项目的管理审核、资金来源、法律保证都日趋规范,在大学生资助体系中占有重要地位。项目通过鼓励学生参与与学习相关的工作来获得经济报酬,在经济辅助和人格培养两个方面都取得了良好的效果,对我国高校勤工助学工作有较好的借鉴和启发意义。

The Federal Work-Study（FWS）Program in the U.S. has developed well for more than forty years. The management, the source of funds and the hwful assurance of the program have been more and more regulated, so it is an important part in the Federal Student Aid system. The program encourages students to be paid by taking part-time job related to their study, which has played important role on the financial aid and personality cultivation for students, so it can provide some reference and inspiration for the work-study program in China.
