摘要 本文分析了一种经皮给药电穿孔仪的性能。在该仪器中,电压发生器将12 V的直流电源电压提升到400 V,并对4个蓄能电容2.2μF、22μF、47μF和100μF充电。在脉冲控制器的控制下,蓄能电容通过Ag-AgC l电极向皮肤放电产生指数衰减脉冲电压。记录了4种电容器放电的脉冲电压,结果表明:当截断系数ε≤1/5,可以获得完整的指数衰减脉冲,并且皮肤电阻为3.57±0.66 kΩ。ε受经皮能量ES和脉冲选择的制约,通过设计并行电阻RI和蓄能电容C,可以使蓄能电容释放的能量效率η最高,ε最小。 The characteristic of an electroporation apparatus for transdermal drug delivery is discussed in the paper. The voltage generator generates DC 400 V from DC 12 V power supply using a DC/DC converter in the apparatus, and charges four storage capacitors 2.2 μF, 22 μF, 47 μF and 100 μF. One of the four capacitors discharges to skin through Ag-AgCl electrodes under the control of a pulse controller, and generates a series of exponential decay pulses on the skin. Four wavefonns of the discharge pulses are recorded. The results show that when truncation coefficient is less than 1/5, complete exponential decay pulse can be acquired, and the skin resistance is 3.57± 0.66 kΩ). The truncation coefficient is restricted by both transdermal energy and pulse protocols. If parallel resistance and storage capacitance in the system are selected optimally, the highest power supply energy efficiency and the lowest pulse truncation coefficient can be obtained.
