基于直驱电机的旋转轴精度检测系统的研究与实现 被引量:5

摘要 传统的数控机床旋转轴运动精度检验方法存在精度低、检验重复性差等缺点,而先进的激光干涉仪也存在调整困难、成本偏高的不足。因此对数控机床旋转轴精度的检测进行研究,采用一种可实现高精度位置控制的直接驱动电机和PMAC运动控制卡为关键部件,组成对数控机床旋转轴定位精度检测的测量系统,实现了对混联车铣复合机床旋转轴运动精度的检测,分析了该测量系统的结构和测量原理以及测量误差源的产生,并提出了进一步改进的措施。 Traditional kinematic accuracy detection methods for NC machine tool have the disadvantages of low precision and poor measurement repeatability. An advanced laser interferometer has the deficiencies of difficult adjustment and high cost. Therefore, the research on detecting the rotational axis positioning precision of NC machine tool was carried out and a measurement system was set up, which can detect the rotational axis positioning accuracy. A direct driven motor and PMAC control card that can realize high precision position control are adopted as the key elements. The detection of rotational axis positioning precision for turn-milling combined machine center was accomplished. The system configuration, measurement principle and error source of the measurement system are analyzed; the measures for further improvement are presented
