摘要
介绍一种基于89C51单片机系统的高精度风扇转速测试仪的测量原理、硬件组成和软件设计。该仪表采用在中低速时测速精度较高的M/T测速法,应用反射式激光传感器对信号进行采集,使系统在宽量程范围内实现了对风扇转速高精度、实时、方便地快速在线测量。
This paper introduces a high-precision fan rotational velocity tester,which is based on 89C51 single chip microcomputer,and its measure principle,hardware composition and software design are given in detail.M/T measuring method in this paper is used for its precision in moderate-low speed,and reflex laser sensor is used to signal acquisition,then the system can realize fast on-line rotate speed survey which must have high accuracy,real-time and convenience in the width measuring range scope.
