摘要
常规的负荷建模统计综合法工作量较大,精确性不够,无法考虑负荷随时间变化的特性。文中提出充分利用营销部门负荷控制系统采集的用户侧功率信息和能量管理系统(EMS)提供的变电站功率信息,结合经过简化的抽样人工调查统计,实现负荷建模的在线统计综合。由于负荷控制系统和EMS对用户基本资料与实际用电情况可自动更新,因此,负荷模型参数可以实现动态、长效管理。给出了在福建电网安兜变电站实际应用的结果。
The conventional component based approach to load modeling has the disadvantages of huge data collection work and too low accuracy to meet the needs for time-varying characteristics. By simplifying data acquisition with spot check and statistics, the power data at the user side and substation side obtained separately from the load control center and EMS can be used to efficiently realize component based on-line modeling for electric loads. The user's electric consumption information and other related information is usually updated in the load control center, so dynamic and long-term management of the synthetic load parameters can be realized. The method has been utilized in Fujian Power Grid with satisfactory results.
