舒肝利胆胶囊配合心理治疗慢性乙型肝炎124例总结

A Summary on 124 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B Treated by Shugan Lidan Capsules Combined with Psychotherapy

目的:观察舒肝利胆胶囊配合心理治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的临床疗效。方法:将本病200例随机分为两组,治疗组124例采用舒肝利胆胶囊配合心理治疗,对照组76例单用舒肝利胆胶囊治疗,主要观察两组治疗前后的临床症状、体征及肝功能、血清免疫学等指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组能显著减轻和缓解患者的临床症状,改善和恢复肝脏功能;且治疗组的总有效率为95.16%,而对照组仅为75.00%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:舒肝利胆胶囊配合心理治疗能显著提高CHB的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effeet on chronic hepatitis B treated by Shugan Lidan capsules combined with psychotherapy. Method： 200 cases randomly divided into two groups, 124 cases in the treatment group were treated by Shugan Lidan capsules combined with psychotherapy, 76 cases in the control group treated by Shugan Lidan capsules. Clinical symptoms, physical signs, liver function and serum immunology were observed before and after treatment. Results： Clinical symptoms and liver function were improve- ment obviously. The total effective rate was 95.16% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Shugan Lidan capsules combined with psychotherapy could remarkably enhance the therapeutic effects for chronic hepatitis B.
