综合疗法调治原发性痛经48例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 48 Cases of Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated with Comprehensive Therapy

目的:观察综合疗法调治原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将96例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组采用综合疗法调治,对照组单用西药治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率为93.7%,而对照组仅为72.9%,两组比较,P<0.01。结论:综合疗法调治原发性痛经疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on primary dysmenorrhea treated with comprehensive therapy. Method： 96 cases were randomly divided into 48 cases each in the treatment group and control group. Cases in the treatment group were treated with comprehensive therapy and cases in the control group treated only by chemical drugs. Results ： The total effective rate was 93.7% in the treatment group and 72.9% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Comprehensive therapy had definite effect for treating primary dysmenorrhea.
