摘要
采用混凝—厌氧—好氧—深度处理的中试系统处理造纸法烟草薄片生产废水。结果表明,厌氧处理的水力停留时间为8~12h,COD负荷为8~12kgCOD/(m3.d)时,对COD的去除率为80%~90%。好氧处理对COD的去除率为48%~70%。出水COD、BOD5、SS和色度最终分别达到100、50、25mg/L和70倍,各项出水指标均优于烟草薄片厂目前已有的处理系统。
The pilot system composed of coagulation, anaerobic, aerobic and advanced treatment processes was used to treat wastewater from manufacture of tobacco slice by papermaking process. The results show that when the HRT of UASG is 8 to 12 h and COD is 8 to 12 kgCOD/(m^3· d), the removal rate of COD is 80% to 90%. The aerobie treatment removes COD by 48% to 70%. The COD, BOD5 , SS and eolor in the effluent are below 100 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 25 mg/L and 70 times respeetively. The effluent indexes of the system are more excellent than those of the existing system.
