介绍在１２ｍ３发酵罐中蛇形半圆管外夹套的结构设计，它替代了目前国内大部分发酵罐仍然采用的竖式内蛇管和夹套的传热装置，并取得结构简单、传热效果好、减少染菌率及节省成本等良好效果。

Describe the construction design of the external jaket of half round coil in 12 cubic meters of fermentation tank, and it is instead of traditional heating unit with vertically internal coil and jaket for most of fermentation tank at present in China. It has features of simple construction, good heat transfer, less bacteriainfected and cost saving.
