摘要
针对EPS陶瓷壳型精铸失模时容易裂壳的现象,对EPS消失模精密铸造工艺进行研究后,建立了EPS模温度场分布模型,考察了加热对EPS模温度分布的影响。利用流变学原理建立了失模时EPS模的粘弹性模型,分析了失模时EPS模的粘弹性行为及力传递过程。利用单泡孔模型考察了EPS模中聚苯乙烯应力松弛现象对作用在型壳上膨胀力的影响,并推导出膨胀力表达式。
Aiming at the problem of the ceramic shell cracking, the pattern removing technique of EPS pattern was presented. The model of temperature field in EPS pattern was proposed, by which the influence of heating on the temperature distribution was analyzed. The viscoelastic model was created on the basis of rheological theory, and the viscoelastic character of EPS pattern as well as the transferring of compression force during the pattern removing process were discussed. The effect of stress relaxation of polystyrene on the compression force acting on the shell was investigated, and the expression of compression force was deduced.
