摘要
利用金相显微镜、布氏硬度计分析了随流孕育处理对WD615飞轮金相组织和断面敏感性的影响。结果表明,飞轮采用0.10%的Si-Zr随流孕育处理,能够消除D型石墨和碳化物,获得均匀分布的A型片状石墨,并改善了其断面敏感性。用Si-Zr孕育剂进行随流孕育处理在WD615飞轮生产中取得了良好的效果。
The effects of instant stream inoculation process on the microstructure and section sensitivity of WD615 flywheel were investigated by using metallurgical microscope and Brinell hardness tester. The results showed that D type graphite and carbide of the flywheel were eliminated and A type flake shape graphite evenly distributes on the matrix with instant stream inoculation of 0.10% Si-Zr inoculant, and the section sensitivity and microstructure uniformity were also improved. Better result has been obtained by applying instant stream inoculation process in the .production of WD615 flywheel.
