摘要
共轭聚合物发光电池是最近出现的一种新型电致发光器件,它是由两个电极和夹在其间的一层共轭聚合物发光材料和聚合物固体电解质的复合膜所组成。与聚合物发光二极管相比,具有稳定性好、工作电压低等突出优点,具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了这类发光电池的组成、工作原理和研究进展,并提出了一些与其相关、值得深入研究的导电聚合物电化学和电子过程的基础理论问题。
Conjugated polymer light-emitting electrochemical cell (LEC) is a new type of light-emitting devices,which is composed of a thin polymer film sandwiched between two electrodes. The film is a blend of luminescent polymer and solid electrolyte.Compared with polymer light-emitting diodes,LEC is of the advantages of good stability and low operating voltage.In this paper,the device configuration,operation mechanism of LEC and the recent progress in its study were described.
