The Application of MALDI-TOFMS in Snake Venom Analysis

本文用MALDI－TOFMS对江浙蝮蛇毒混合物及其几个分离样品的组分进行了分析和比较，表明MALDI－TOFMS灵敏度高，且可以直接分析混合物的组分，同时还比较了不同基质对混合物分析结果的影响．

The MALDI-TOFMS spectra of snake venom mixture and its componant were giv en and compared. Experiment data shows that MALDL-TOFMS can be used directly in mixture analysis with high sensitivity. In addition,the effects of different matrices were also ciscussed.
