摘要
本文介绍一种由TeledneElectronicTecbndogies公司最近获得专利的带有过滤噪声场（FilteredNoiseField，简称FNF^TM）的离子阱质谱计，此项专利显著地改善了仪器的灵敏度和离子阱质谱计的特性。
This paper introduces a new ion trap mass spectrometer with a new method of oper-ation named Filtered Noise Field(FNF^TM) which is recently patented by Teledyne Elec-tronic Technologies Inc Company. This new ion trap method of operation significantly enhances and exceeds the currently available commercial ion trap technology.
