尿素设备用材料在高温、高压以及强腐蚀介质中工作,有特殊的技术条件;在研究开发尿素级00Cr17Ni14Mo2钢材中发现,化学成分搭配、微量有害元素、热处理制度以及晶界析出相浓度等诸多因素,对材料的组织和性能有显著影响。
Equipment material used in urea process is under high pressure and temperature and strong corrosive, it needs to meet special technical requirement. It is found during the development of urea grade steel OOCrl7Nil4 Mo2 that many factors such as components of chemicals,harmful micro elements,heat treatment and the concentration of separated out phase among grains have effectiveness on structure and property of the material.
