二溴三苯基锑阻燃剂的合成与性能研究

Study on the Synthesis and Properties of Dibromotriphenylantimony Flame Retardant

以溴苯、镁粉、三氯化锑、溴素为原料，合成了二溴三苯基锑阻燃剂。该产品对聚乙烯具有良好的阻燃效果，每１００份树脂（质量）添加１０份时，氧指数可提高４．５～５．０，对聚乙烯的弯曲强度和冲击强度无不良影响。

Bromobenzene,magnesium,antimony trichloride and bromine act as raw materials,dibromotriphenylantimony flame retardant is synthesized.This product has the good fireretarding effect on polyethlene(PE),the oxygen index has increased 4.5～5 0 than unfilled PE by adding 10 parts per 100 parts of polyethylene.The mechanical properties come closer the unfilled PE by bend density and impact density investigations.
