2,5-二甲氧基-4-氯-N-乙酰基乙酰苯胺及其颜料的合成研究

Studies of the Syntheses of 2,5 Dimethoxy 4 chloro N acetoacetyl Aniline and Relative Pigments

研究了以２，５－二甲氧基－４－氯苯胺为原料，在酸性情况下用双乙烯酮为酰化剂制备２，５－二甲氧基－４－氯－Ｎ－乙酰基乙酰苯胺，收率为９２．０％，并用之与３，３′－二氯邻苯二胺的重氮盐进行偶合反应合成了永固黄ＨＲ（Ｃ．Ｉ．ＰＹ８３），收率为９５％。

In this paper,2,5 dimethoxy 4 chloro N acetoacetyl aniline was prepared with a yield of 92% on basis of the material 2,5 dimethoxy 4 chloro aniline by acetoacetanization with 2,5 dimethoxy 4 chloro aniline and diketene.Moreover,the C.I.PY83 pigment was manufctured with a yield of 95% by coupling the said intermediate,2,5 dimethoxy 4 chloro acetoacetanilide with diazotised DCB.
