An Improved One step Synthesis of Octanenitrile

摘要 辛酸和尿素在FeCl3·6H2O和H3BO3催化下,一步合成辛腈。FeCl3·6H2O和H3BO3用量均为2%(以辛酸的质量计),辛腈的收率为81.2%,纯度>97%,对其结构进行了分析确定;并讨论了影响辛腈收率的其他几个因素。 Octanenitrile was prepared by one step synthesis from octanoic acid and urea with FeCl 3·6H 2O and H 3BO 3 as catalysts,characterized by refraction index and IR.Both of the utilizable amount of catalysts are 2%(based on weight of octanoic acid),the yield of octanenitrile is 81.2%,the purity of the product is over 97%,and other factors affecting the yield are discussed.
