摘要 为了解决不同的虚拟性定义导致无法准确地衡量团队虚拟程度及其对绩效的影响,在分析国外团队虚拟性研究的基础上,提出了虚拟性三维模型:对虚拟工具的依赖程度、沟通的信息丰富度以及团队成员的多样化程度,并分析了三者之间的关系;指出此三维模型对管理理论和实践的影响。 The virtuality of teams and their performances could not be mesearsed by existing dif- ferent definitions of the virtuality. Three-dimensional model for the virtuality is proposed after internal and external researches of team virtuality are reviewed. The dependence of the virtual tools, abundance of communication information and the diversity of team members were discussed and the relationship among them was analyzed. The contribution of the three dimensional model to management theories and practices were also explained.
