摘要 本文在MSMPR结晶器中研究了无F-存在下,Fe3+、Al3+、Mg2+三种离子共存时对石膏结晶习性的影响,结果发现,无论硫酸根过量2.4%还是过量4.8%,Fe3+、Al3+、Mg2+共存得到的石膏晶体几乎都是针状晶体;当硫酸和另两种相应的离子浓度保持一定水平时:增大Fe3+含量,石膏晶体变长;增长Mg2+含量,石膏晶体变小;增长Al3+含量,石膏晶体长大。F-与Al3+同时存在有利于石膏聚晶的形成。 The effects of Fe 3+ ,Al 3+ and Mg 2+ on the crystal habits of gypsum in wet phosphoric acid in the absence of F - were studied in a continous MSMPR crystallizer.The results of the experiments showed that the crystals of Gypsum were of meedle shape no matter whether the free excess of SO 2- 4 was 2 4% or 4 8%.When the concentrations of SO 2- 4 and the other two corresponding impurities were kept constant,the crystal length of gypsum increased with the increase of Fe 3+ content;the crystal size of gypsum decreased with the increase of Mg 2+ content and increased with the increase of Al 3+ content.The presence of F - and Al 3+ would promote the formation of aggregating crystal.
