摘要
研究使用大口径毛细管柱定量分析蔬果磷。色谱条件如下:色谱柱,熔融石英毛细管柱(交联甲基硅橡胶)10m×0.53mm×2.56μm膜厚。柱温150℃,进样口和检测器温度200℃,载气H2,15ml/min。以邻苯二甲酸二正丙酯为内标物。蔬果磷的定量分析给出了较好的准确度和精密度。
The quantitative analytical method for salithion by a wide bore capillary column has been studied.The optimum gas chromatographic conditions were as follows.Column:fused silica,HP 1 (cross linked methy1 silicone) 10m×0 53mm×2 65μm film;column temperature:150℃;injector and detector temperature:200℃;carrier gas:H 2 15mL/min Di n propy1 phthalate was used as the internal standard.The analytical method for salithion gives better accuracy and precision.
